Improvements

  • It’s now possible to update the Plan Description when creating an affiliate plan.
  • The Discount Percentage field (Plans) now accepts decimal numbers and the decimals are adjusted based on dollars/cents in documents.
  • Updated verbiage for customers with inactive accounts in MyAccount.
  • Corrected some typos under Support Notices.

Fixes

  • Adjustment at the time of processing a payment to correctly display iCheckGateway error messages.
  • Fixed “Discount Percentage Required” error message when trying to create a plan.
  • Reduced loading time for Quick Enrollments.
  • Resolved sorting issue in Pricing Matrix.
  • Added Master, Agent and Subagent to Legacy Importer plus a template download button.
  • Fixed issue in Quick Enrollments where rate was displayed as dollars instead of cents.
  • Adjustment for table component in HTML editor.
  • Solved bug where replacement values were not working at the time of sending a communication.
  • Adjusted customer’s logo on Quick Enrollment UI.
  • Resolved issue at the time of unsubscribing from Autopay.
  • Corrected amount of decimals for Prospect_Rate replacement value.
  • Adjusted validation on pricing matrix max margin so prices are displayed correctly.
  • Fix for Affiliate Type field that was not sticking after saving Affiliate.
  • Resolved error when trying to reset password in Pricing Matrix.
  • Solved issues with rate related fields at the time of creating a plan.
  • Fix for Pricing Matrix showing all prices set to 0 after Prospect Manager enhancement.
  • Adjustment in pagination for the prospects UI.
  • Solved some issues at the time of filtering data in Pricing Matrix.
  • Fixed bug during the enrollment process where the incorrect ESSID was populated.
  • Adjusted autoresponder logic for enrollments with a default email address.
  • Solved a display issue of the Renew button under Customer Support.
  • Removed initials that were incorrectly included in signature when they shouldn’t (Pricing Matrix)
  • Solved error with Pricing Matrix Portal filters.
  • Corrected error message after saving Affiliate.

Updated verbiage for customers with inactive accounts in MyAccount

When a customer currently sitting on a Cancelled status accesses MyAccount, this is the verbiage displayed in MyAccount’s main page:

Thank you for being a valued member of the [COMPANY NAME GOES HERE] family! You may be receiving this message for one of the following reasons:

New Customer: Your enrollment is not yet active. Once it becomes active, you will be able to access your customer portal information.

Multiple Accounts: You may be using a username and password associated with one of your other accounts (active or inactive).

Current Customer: We apologize for the inconvenience, but our systems are currently undergoing maintenance.
